Freddie Graham
Funeral services for Mr. Freddie Graham will be held Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Higgs Funeral Home in Soperton with Reverend Gary Thompson officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurens County. Mr. Graham died Monday, March 9, 2026.
Mr. Graham, 75, was the son of the late Virgil and Hazel Barber Graham. He was born in Dublin, GA on February 22, 1951. He was an Adrian High School “Class of 1970” graduate and had lived most of his life in Montgomery County. He was the former owner and operator of the “221 C-Store” in Soperton for 30 years and also was a salesman for Roger Wood Foods for 25 years. Freddie, as he was known to all, was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish, he loved his family and he was a Baptist by faith. His granddaughter, Markie McDaniel and four brothers, Chester, Alton, Herbert and Danny Graham, all preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lynda Thompson Graham; son, Mark Graham, both of Vidalia; daughter, Teresa (Benny) Wilkins of Mossy Head, FL; four grandchildren, Allyson (Camron) McIntyre of Florence, AL, Maja Mitchell of Mossy Head, FL, Hunter (Haley) Mitchell of Mossy Head, FL and Faith Graham of East Dublin, GA along with five great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Heath Palmer, Todd Palmer, Hunter Mitchell, Robbie Hooks, Robert Hooks and John Hooks.
Visitation will be held Wednesday night from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
The family will be located at their home at 200 Allmond Station Road, Vidalia GA in Montgomery County.
