Marcia Ann Wells Rowe

Graveside services for Mrs. Marcia Ann Wells Rowe will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 2:00 PM in Westview Cemetery in Soperton, GA. Her grandson, Parker Gordon will officiate. Mrs. Rowe died Monday, February 3, 2025 at her home.
Mrs. Rowe, 76, was the daughter of the late William Wells & Myra Bragg Wells. She was born in Millen, GA on July 17, 1948 and was a “Class of 1966” graduate of Savannah High School. She was a former resident of Treutlen County for over 15 years and had been a resident of Toombs County for the past 9 years. She was a Baptist, having attended the First Baptist Church in Soperton and also Harmony Baptist Church in Treutlen County before moving to Toombs County. She had always been a housewife and homemaker for her family but also was a former employee of Dennard Drugs for over 12 years. She enjoyed working in her yard, raising flowers and making beautiful flower arrangements; but most of all, she loved to decorate Christmas trees for her family and many others near and dear to her. Her daughter, Courtney Rowe, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Roger Lanier Rowe of Lyons; son, Ryan Rowe of Alston; daughter, Kim Gordon of Dublin; brother, Eddie (Gail) Wells of Bloomingdale, GA; two sisters, Anita (Tommy) Tomlin of Brooklet, GA and Brenda Lane of Mims, FL and three grandchildren, Parker (Shelby) Gordon, Walker Gordon and Grace Gordon.
The family will receive friends in the cemetery beginning at 1:30 PM Wednesday.
