Melanie Ann McCullars
Melanie Ann Garner McCullars of Soperton died Thursday, June 18, 2026 at Twin City Trails Nursing Home in Twin City, GA.
Mrs. McCullars, 54, was born on March 29, 1972 in Lakeland, FL to Charles Hubert and Margie Ann Hooks Garner. She grew up in Bartow, FL and attended Polk County High School. She and her family moved to GA over 35 years ago and she and her husband had been residents of Treutlen County in the Gillis Springs Community for the past 10 years. She worked as a cook at the Shamrock Bowl Center in Dublin and also cooked for several Huddle House Restaurants around the area. She was a Baptist by faith and Jeff stated she was a “loving wife”. Her father, Charles Hubert Garner, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Jeff McCullars of Soperton; her mother, Margie Ann Zipper of Soperton; two daughters, Crystal (Jammie) Livingston of Dublin and Ashley Shaw of Big Piney, WY; both two grandchildren; aunt & uncle, Tommy and Debbie Brantley of Soperton; niece, Angel (Waylon) Toler; nephew, Chad (Megan) McCullars of Dublin; two great nieces, Jessica and Bethany; her brother-in-law, Mark (Sue) McCullars and her “Fur Baby Fluffy”.
A Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date.
