Paula Bush Brown
Funeral services for Ms. Paula Bush Brown will be held Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 3 PM in the Chapel of Higgs Funeral Home in Soperton. Burial will follow in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurens County. Reverend Baron Powell will officiate. Ms. Brown died Friday, April 26, 2019 at Greenwood Place Assisted Living in Wrightsville.
Ms. Brown, 63, was the daughter of the late Joseph Parker & Doris Powell Bush. She was born in Dublin, was a “Class of 1973” graduate of Treutlen High School and had lived most of her life in Laurens County. She was a housewife, homemaker and a member of Minter Baptist Church. Her brother, Ted Bush, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her two sons, Benjamin Harold Brown & Billy Edward Brown, III, both of East Dublin; sister, Pamela B. (Larry) Smith of East Dublin and two step-brothers, Terry & Garry Jones of Dublin.
Pallbearers will be Cody Smith, Brett Smith, Ed Brown, George Love, Willie Brown and Charles Carpenter.
The family will receive friends beginning at 2 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
