Mr. Richard George Smith, II, 43, of Soperton died Friday morning, September 1, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Batavia, NY on January 18, 1980 and had been a resident of Soperton for the past three years.
He is survived by his father, Richard G. Smith of Roan Mountain, TN and sister, Jennifer Smith of Stanley, NC and several other family members.
Mr. Smith will be laid to rest near his family in Tennessee.
