Funeral services for Ms. Amanda Jo Parker will be held Friday, June 30,
2017 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Higgs Funeral Home. Burial will be in the
Rosemont Baptist Church Cemetery in Treutlen County. Reverend Paul Brown
and Reverend Owen Waters will officiate. Ms. Parker died Tuesday, June
27, 2017.
Ms. Parker, 25, was born in Vidalia and had lived most of her life in
Treutlen County. She was employed as a cook/waitress in Warner Robins for
the past two years and was a member of the First Independent Methodist
Church of Dublin. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather,
John Haworth and maternal grandmother, Margie Lampp.
She is survived by her parents, Dempsey Earl, Jr. & Jessica Dawn Parker;
sister, Hannah Parker, all of Soperton; nephew, Ryan Zane Denham; paternal
grandmother, Angelena Haworth of Green Cove Springs, FL and several aunts,
uncles & cousins.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
